Job Summary

An exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced Qualified Solicitor to join a respected Law Firm in Liverpool. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, manage a varied caseload, and contribute to the continued success and reputation of the firm. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Medical Negligence matters from instruction to completion.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings where applicable.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor staff or trainees as required.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a current practicing certificate.
• Proven experience in Medical Negligence.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in legal case management systems and Microsoft Office.
