Job Summary
Currently recruiting a highly organised and proactive Paralegal, the successful candidate will assist with case preparation, legal research, document drafting, and client communication. Key Responsibilities
- Assist solicitors with case management and legal documentation.
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and contracts.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
- Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties.
- Maintain and organize case files and legal databases.
- Prepare bundles for court hearings and client meetings.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and confidentiality requirements.
- Support billing and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Paralegal or in a legal support role.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
