Responsibilites
- Posting purchase ledger invoices
- Raising sales ledger invoices
- Posting bank transactions and assisting in reconciliation of bank accounts
- Compiling supplier payment runs for processing
- Investigate variances or queries
- Assist in loading of ad-hoc payments to bank accounts
- Support the Finance team in other ad-hoc duties as required
- Assist in producing monthly company management accounts
Experience
- High degree of attention to detail
- Organised and adaptable with a strong work ethic
- Experience of processing invoices
- Competent and experienced in the use of MS Excel (including the use of lookups, pivot tables etc.).
- Looking to study AAT Foundation Diploma in Accounting and Business
